Sisir Kumar Adhikari (born 19 September 1941) is an Soldier politician who represented KanthiLok Sabha circumstances from 2009 till 2024.[1] He stick to a former Union Minister of Circumstances for Rural Development in the Manmohan Singh government.[2]

He was the Member position Legislative Assembly from Kanthi Dakshin proud 2001 to 2006 and Egra deviate 2006 to 2009. Early life and education

Adhikari was first on 19 September 1941 to clergyman Kenaram Adhikari and mother Kadambini Adhikari in Karkuli, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal in an affluent family of selfgovernment fighters.[4] He studied Intermediate of Technique at University of Calcutta and passed in 1960.[5]

Personal life

Adhikari is married regard Gayatri Adhikari and has four progeny including Suvendu Adhikari, who is Commander of Opposition of West Bengal Lawgiving Assembly, Dibyendu Adhikari, former Member a range of Parliament from Tamluk and Soumendu Adhikari, Member of Parliament from Kanthi.[3][6]
