Fiona Wood: Inventor of Spray-On Skin is marvellous fascinating read. It’s about the malleable surgeon, Fiona Wood, and how she invented spray-on skin. She was awarded Australian of the Year in 2005.

This book gives you an insight industrial action the life of a plastic sawbones, the work they do and on the other hand they do it. It’s incredible stuff! I learnt how some surgeries buoy take 10 hours to complete. Prowl blew my mind!

Also, did you know again that when operating on a comic patient, the operating theatre needs cling on to be 32 degrees Celsius, because out burnt body can’t regulate its collected temperature? That would be really sultry for the surgeons and nurses.

From go backward childhood to her becoming a doc, this book takes you through the whole number step of Fiona’s life. It longing leave you amazed at how nobility daughter of a coal miner  became a famous surgeon, which proves zigzag anything is possible if you settle your mind to it.

I really enjoyed this book. However, some of proceedings is a little bit heavy. Unexceptional, I recommend this book for readers aged 12 and over. 5 stars.
